The game and its results

DPRKaptcha is an entertainment and political satire game. You sign in, complete three challenges, and receive a result that can be shared. The challenges, declarations, illustrations, and outcomes are fictional or satirical.

A result such as "might be DPRK" is a game outcome, not a determination of nationality, citizenship, identity, ethnicity, political allegiance, or any other real characteristic. DPRKaptcha is not a security or identity verification service. Do not use its results to make employment, access, eligibility, or other consequential decisions about a person.

The game is independent of the governments, public figures, and sign-in providers depicted or named. Their appearance does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

Your account

Use only a provider account you own or are authorized to use, and meet that provider's minimum age and other eligibility requirements and applicable law. You remain responsible for protecting that account and following the provider's terms.

A game account is associated with the provider and its account identifier. Accounts from different providers remain separate even if they use the same display name. We do not ask you to give us your provider password.

Our Privacy policy explains the information used for sign-in, game records, public results, cookies, and support requests.

Result links and cards

Completing a run makes its result accessible to anyone with the result link, even before you select a sharing button. Results are associated with the identity used for the run. Signing out or later changing your provider profile does not hide or update an existing result.

You may copy, download, and share result cards through the site's ordinary features for personal and social sharing, subject to these terms and any rights of others. This permission does not grant ownership of provider marks, public figures' likenesses, or other third-party rights.

Keep results in their satirical context. Do not present them as factual evidence about someone, impersonate another player, forge official results, or use them to threaten or harass people. You are responsible for where and how you publish a card or link.

Contact us to request removal of a result you control. Removing it from our service cannot remove screenshots, downloaded cards, or copies posted elsewhere.

Acceptable use

Do not use DPRKaptcha to break the law, compromise accounts, access records without authorization, exploit the service, distribute malicious code, or interfere with other people's use. Do not generate traffic intended to overload the service.

We may restrict access, revoke sessions, or remove records when reasonably necessary to address misuse, protect the service or others, comply with law, or respond to a verified request.

Availability and changes

The game is currently free to use. It is provided as available, and we do not promise continuous availability, preservation of a particular result, or any particular game outcome. We may change challenges or features, perform maintenance, or discontinue the service.

Social sign-in and hosting depend on third-party services. Their outages, restrictions, or account decisions can affect access. Keep your own copy of any card you want to retain, while remembering that copies can contain your public account identity.

Responsibility and legal rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. You use the game and share its results at your own discretion.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, DPRKaptcha is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service or from other people's copying or sharing of results. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer or privacy rights.

Updates to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. We will post the updated text and date on this page and provide notice of material changes where required. Changes do not remove rights that applicable law gives you.

Contact and removal requests

Contact support@dprkaptcha.com about these terms, a result, or account removal. Include the sign-in provider, public username if available, and relevant result links. Requests are reviewed manually, and we may need to verify that you control the account. Do not send passwords, access tokens, or client secrets.
